I would be careful on this trade. You are giving all room codes. And some times a room code does not work. If she has a issue you are out a bunch of rooms and no tiki. Also if you give room codes first how are you sure she will give tiki. It is a very risky trade unless you personally trust this person. If you have no relationship to this person other than the game I would not risk it.
