Good touring plan?

Planning on a Sunday, so will likely be quite busy. EMH is at DCA. Park opens at 8. Would arrive at 7:15 or earlier to the gates.

Get FP for Roger Rabbit at 9
Casey Train
Story land boats
Small World
Roger Rabbit when FP is open
Get HM FP
Pirate
Pooh Bear
Splash - Single Rider
Indiana Jones - Single Rider
Use HM FP
Get Buzz FP
By now it should be mid-day when lines are longer so:
Tiki Room
Train
Monorail
Disney Gallery
Mark Twain
Shopping on Main Street

Does this look realistic? Should I change the order of anything?

I would skip the RR FP and would just go on the ride. There will not be much of a line first thing after opening. I would probably do Casey Jr and Storybook Land (if open) before heading to Toontown.
Keep in mind that HM FP may not be available.
