Most houses do sell very quickly on Long Island. However, our house is what we call a mother/daughter house. It is basically like a two family house where we share the entrance. The occupants of the home must be related in order to get the permit to live in it. Since it is not a one family home, the market is much smaller.
You know, I love bagels, but I have never had a cheese bagel. My favorite are salt!
