Good thoughts for a friend

The brother of a friend, age 45, has had a glioblastoma (brain tumor) for the last 10 years. Recently it started growing again. They found out today it is stage 4 and his options are limited.

He has very difficult choices to make in the coming days. The family can use lots of prayers/good thoughts. He has a 10 year old son.
