Good Steak Place

Yachtsman is our favorite. We went there twice on our last trip, and are planning on going again on our next trip in August. The steaks are wonderful and the staff is outstanding

The best steak I've had on property was Citricos. It was a fantastic cut of meat, cooked to perfection The one I had a Bistro de Paris was a close second, and it had a really great beaujolais reduction that really made the beef sing. Raglan Road has a pretty good sirloin as well, if you're looking for a lower price point. I wasn't too impressed with Le Cellier. Might have just been all the rave reviews I read before hand. I agree with previous posters who called it "good but not great." It was about on par with what you'd expect from a mid-priced steak house chain, but charged twice as much. It'll satisfy any steak craving, but the quality of the cut wasn't up to the price. The steaks I had at Citricos and Bistro de Paris were more expensive, but I felt I got better quality beef for my dollar than I did at Le Cellier.

Shula's is the best by far!

If you want to go off property, Charley's Steakhouse is fantastic. It consistently wins awards and usually makes a couple of lists of the top 10 steakhouses in the U.S. every year. It also has an extensive wine list if that is your thing.

the filet at Teppan Edo is GREAT....

The Turf Club at Saratoga Springs has good steak. My husband got the steak topped with bleu cheese and really enjoyed it.
