Review Good stay at Ramada Celebration -- 1 night

I won a Priceline bid at $36 for what is now the Ramada Celebration Resort just outside Disney on 192. Our room 3402 was in the "Orange Blossom" section. New paint, new carpet, new vinyl wall coverings in bath, and new tile were all in the room. Negatives included a saggy king mattress, and the small tiled shower area (no tub). Room was fresh with no mildew or mold smell.

I had thought we might face I-4 since it was Priceline, but our room faced the pool.

We only stayed one night, but with low internet rates this might be a good option for budget trips.

We ate at Charley's steakhouse, and I had a nail repair at the salon in the same strip mall. I will start another thread about Charley's.

Thank you for posting about your stay at the Ramada Celebration! We are staying there from Aug 10-16 and I got a great rate on Hotwire, but all I've been reading are negative reviews! Hopefully we'll get a room in the new section! Thank you again for this information.
