Do you mean the pay as you go phones???
They have the AT and T (was cingular) and you can get them online or even at walmart....no contract needed....throw 100. or more, minutes roll month to month and not required to add more $$ for a year....??????????? text is minimal monthly or cost by each text...........

It doesn't appear to me that she's seeking a non-contract phone that works with Verizon. Heck, Verizon has pay as you go phones. It looks like she's just offering a brief explanation why she's looking for a no-contract phone.

Wife and I have been using Virgin for years and have always been happy. Customer service has been great the few times we've needed to use it (we both just moved to the Arc phone which was $9.99 at Radio Shack this past week and her's didn't work right. Worked it out with Customer Service with no prob's).
