It was a seasonal special, so finding it on the menu might be tough, but in December we ate at Artist's Point and they had a Berkshire Pork Fatback Butternut Squash and Cranberry Risotto appetizer special that was, hands down, among the most incredible things I have ever tasted anywhere in any restaurant. I wake up dreaming (and drooling) about that dish.
They cooked the Berkshire fatback in duck fat. Yeah. That good.
If I were being executed this would be on my last meal list.
