I'm looking for 3 bedroom for our December 5-13 trip and am wondering which of the Resorts close to Disney are the best? We stayed in a Windsor Hills condo last time and are looking for something of similar quality and distance within our budget. This time DH, DS5 and I are bringing my parents and sister so I'm really trying to find a house for the extra space, and most of the single family homes I've seen at Windsor Hills are a bit out of our price range. I would also consider a townhouse, but we'll have 2 cars and DH wants as much space as possible . There are just so many options out there! I am getting overwhelmed and we leave in 89 days so I really need to get moving! Help!

Windsor Palms is also close to Disney and tends to be a bit cheaper than Windsor Hills.

In July we stayed at the Cypress pointe grand villas. We had 2 adults and 2 small children and stayed in the 1 bedroom for $298 for 5/4nights. We got it through a promotion by Smart Circle at Sam's club. They have up to 3 bedrooms and it was a great location. We were within walking distance to DTD. About 2 blocks away. It was nicely redone with new granite counters in kitchen and bath. Bath had separate shower and garden tub with 2 sinks. Safe in closet and 2 flat screen TV's. One in living and other in BR. Check out Sam's club or Smart Circle web site for discounts. Have fun. :thumbsup2

We stayed in this 4 br pool home in Emerald Island and it was nice and your dates are open. He gives a better price than what's listed if you inquire.

Emerald Island is only a couple of minutes from WH. It would take about the same time to Disney using Sherberth Rd.

I've stayed at both Cypress Pointe and Grand Beach - both about the same distance - maybe 1-2 miles from the DTD entrance side of Disney

Grand Beach is our preference (though they both fit your needs, and we enjoyed both)

The 3 bedroom units have 3 bathrooms too...two of the bedrooms are master bedroom suites, the third bedroom has 2 twin beds - large screened balcony, W/D, kitchen, large table, living space

Try this one... The owners have both a 3 br townhouse, where we stayed a few years ago, as well as a 6 br house. At the rates they charge, the house is an absolute steal.

Their own website is orlandosecret.com

Happy planning.:flower3:

I'm staying Dec 4-10 at Westgate Blue Tree; I wanted a break from the Westgate Vacation Villas area on 192.

Blue Tree is supposed to be fairly close to Downtown Disney and one of the entrances to the parks. :goodvibes
