Good Rate? Please advise

I just checked National again today and I'm quoted $178.47 for Feb 9 - 19, for a full-size using Emerald Reserve and the Priceless Contract ID and Entertainment coupon.

Is that pretty good? If so should I book but can I rebook if the rate drops lower?
