Hey Guys,
So I am stressing about my phone interview next week and was just wondering if someone had some good tips. I know to smile when I talk and be confident and calm. Should I ask the interviewer questions?? I know normally in interviews it is good to show interest in the company, but I wasn't sure if that was the case in this situation?? What would be some good questions to ask if the answer is yes??

Thanks!!

At the end, I asked my interviewer if she had done the college program. Turns out she had and loved it, which brought her back to working full time with the company. It launched a ten minute discussion about how great of a company Disney is. Then she also gave me tips about networking and trying to get a full-time job there after I did the CP, which I'm hoping was a good sign!

My best tip I got just before the interview: When your interviewer says, "Hi, I'm _______", write their name down! Then at the end you can thank them by name. I think a lot of people don't do this and my interviewer seemed surprised and impressed that I remembered her name :)

Good luck! I'll throw some pixie dust your way pixiedust:

PS - Congrats on the Goofy this year! I'm trying to slowly work my way up there...

Thanks for the advice!!

The Goofy was awesome!! You can totally do it!! It is a lot of fun, just keep putting one foot in front of the other lol. I'll be doing it again next year, it was that much fun. Good luck with training!!
