This really gives you something to think about. I am also the type of person that doesn't like to get up early on vacation, but sometimes I find the excitement of being in WDW getting me up early!

You could do a little of both. Get up early-ish, have breakfast, visit a park, come back to the hotel and relax (take a nap or go swimming), go out for lunch, then go back to the park (or a different park) and stay until closing. You might want to pick just a few days that you will get up early and then let a few days be free to do whatever. I let it come to me naturally. If the alarm goes off at 7 am and I don't feel ready yet, I go back to sleep for an hour or so. The parks will be there all day - whenever I get up!

Let us know how it goes!

OOPS! Wrong button! Why in the heck is the "new thread" button right next to the "post reply" button! I'm too clumsy to have them that close!

Here is what I was responding to:
"Out of the four of us going to Disney, only two of us are morning people. Whenever I have gone to Disney in the past with my family, we were at the park by 9:00 at the latest and unless we watched Fantasic or Illuminations, we were out of the parks by about 7:30.

There will be two 18 year olds and two 17 year olds. I am the only one who has been to Disney before so I am pretty much in charge of the planning and I want to make everyone happy. I also don't want them compaining about being tired and having to get up at 7:30 on their vacation.

Do you suggest getting up early and going back to the hotel earlier or sleeping in and staying at the parks until they close?"

Sorry about that... hehe

Okay I wonder how many people have read this and laughed, I know I did.

Of course Ducky4Disney just know that I wasn't laughing at you and that this is proably something that I could have done just as well.
