just pricing up a trip for november for my birthday, just for me and my 3 year old, for 2 nights, 3 days at santa fe, its gonna be £275.10. is that the usual, or is it over priced?
also what does a room located near rio grande mean?

I was paying that sort of price for the Santa Fe for 2 nights/3 days, same party size, when I started going to DLP in 2007, so I'd say thats a standard price for that time of year.

Don't pay anything extra for rio grande, you get no extra facilities at all, its just nearer the path along the river and the Cheyenne hotel.

to me I would say that was expensive. In 2010 we stayed 2 nights in the cheyenne - 2 adults and one paying child - in December and only paid £333 including the half board standard meal vouchers. If I were you I would wait a while and see if a better offer comes along :goodvibes

I wouldn't pay extra for a room next to the Rio Grande, by choosing the standard Hotel room you can save yourself nearly another £20 and bring the price down to £255.50 which I don't think is bad for the Christmas Season.

does that have the current 40% discount on it? if so, I doubt it will get much cheaper.

oh well that makes it a no-brainer :) - don't book it at the current price, it will more than likely have a discount applied to it a little later in the year.

Can't help with Santa Fe price but I was told by a lovely telephone CM that June is the time to watch out for Christmas offers ;). If you think about it, they launch their new brochure very end May/early June so it makes sense they'll have an offer on.

We have booked our flights but will sit tight on the accom for now.
