Good places to eat off property

wow!!!!! you deserve an award of some kind!!! seriously!!! where do you walk from? OKW? SRR? DTD? do you slather on a bottle of sunscreen each? take a few liters of water each for the trek? it's true i've seen people trudging along past the hotel plaza hotels, clearly on their way to crossroads, but i can't imagine doing it. and we do go hiking in the summer. On much longer hikes than that. In the desert. But we start before dawn and are finished before noon when we plop ourselves down in the shade. I can't imagine walking to crossroads in the summer, during the day. 90 degrees/100% humidity. geez. you must have ice running in your veins!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We haven't done it recently but when the kids were little we took a couple of trips in July and stayed at the holiday inn on hotel plaza boulevard. We didn't have a lot of. Only so we wale,d a lot. We walked from the hotel to DTD, DTD to the hotel, the hotel to the crossroads, DTD to the crossroads. It was actually quote a pleasant walk .
