I know that WDW offers several places to have a character breakfast. I am wondering what people recommend as the the best one for Mother's Day?

My wife and I always enjoy Cape May's character breakfast. It's a bit more peaceful than most character meals and the food is very good.

We have picked Cape May for Mothers Day.... We are excited about it as well... Cape May Buffet is in Beach Club Resort... We will be there in just a few days for out Mothers Day Brunch and CANT wait...

I tried calling today for Cape May breakfast on Mother's Day and they are completely booked, not only for breakfast, but the whole day! :sad2: I went ahead and booked Spoodles at the suggestion of the CM, I just didn't know what else to do or where to eat on The Boardwalk for a nice breakfast, Spoodles doesn't get very good reviews...:sad1:

I would say wherever you can get in, considering Mother's Day is less than three weeks away! :)

I keep hearing about 1900 Park Faire, and thought it sounded interesting. I would think the atmosphere would be very nice also.

Cape may is great.. Really did enjoy Chef Mickey last time down. Daughter loved seeing everyone there and we left with a great picture.

1) Character meal or non-character meal, JUST GET A RESSIE.
2) Mother's Day is the busiest dining day at WDW.
3) Even without DDP.

I would choose Cape May at the BC :goodvibes. Great buffet and we love the characters in their beach wear. It's always a must do for us every trip :cool1:

Don't know if you would be interested in a character lunch instead, but I called yesterday and had no problems getting a lunch ADR for the Garden Grill on Mother's Day.

Just thought I'd throw that out there... good luck finding something you like!

Last year we took my mom to Crystal Palace for Mother's Day Brunch and she loved it

I'm a mom, and I would want to go to Akershus.....I have 2 boys and that's the only way I'll ever get back there!

At this point, i would take whatever you can get!

Holiday dining is always at a premium. Good luck!

We are doing CP for breakfast on Mother's Day as my special choice. My mother's day gift to myself is the chance to take those photos of my kids near the castle without a bunch of other people.

Can't wait!! :cool1:
