I was driving in the car and I just couldn't stop the tears
It was a combination of a lot of things that have been building up inside for awhile now
and today it just came to the boiling point
It did make me feel somewhat better
only thing troubling is I'm not sure I'm done crying
may need to do it somemore this weekend
I guess I'm just feeling sorry for myself

** update - I got up this morning determined not to feel sorry for myself. Got out my ab machine thingy I got a Walmart couple of years ago and did many crunches plus some other stretch type exercises.

It was a little windy and cold today but bundled up the 9 mo old DD and 8 1/2 yr old and out for a long walk we went. I pushed the baby stroller and I'd say we walked for about 40-45 min.
the first 25 were at a brisk pace. I really felt good when I got back home. Tired but good. Today was a much better day

Thanks for all your support. All your kind words they really do matter to me.

i know how you feel sometimes the emotions are just too much and the crying starts
i say don't let it get you down
it is a natural form of release

hope your feeling better now

I'm so very sorry that you're so sad. You're not alone. I cried today, too. There's nothing wrong with feeling a little sorry for yourself once in a while. I'm sending lots and lots of {{{HUGS}}} to my fellow Pennsylvanian (I'm there in spirit if not in body!). Feel better, Sweetie...

  Sometimes a good cry is just what we need. It washes all those bad emotions away. But don't feel bad for too long, ok? We need your positive attitude around here! :D

Hope you're feeling better soon.

I'm so sorry you are feeling sad. I know a good cry can help release pent up emotions in me - but then there are times when I fear if I start crying I won't be able to stop. I hope whatever is making you sad is only temporary and that you'll be feeling sunny and positive again really soon. :grouphug:

Here's a whole bunch of hugs for you from me and all of us here at WISH. I don't know if it's the change in diet and exercise or suppliments or whatever, but the beginning of this month I was in tears a the drop of a hat. I am just so emotional lately. I found the tears helped release the tension I was feeling, and it was good to finally not have to be so stoic all the time. (Of course my family thinks I am going off the deep end, but that's ok-let em be extra thoughtful concerning me for once. :)

I hope whatever has you upset is something you'll get around to coping with, but right now a good cry might be just what you need to acknowledge that something is indeed bothering you. Or like me, it may be your chemistry is a little off and it'll even out. In any case, if you need to vent, we are here!

My sister and I were just talking about this. I think it is the time of year. Not quite spring, and we're sick of winter. Every little obstacle seems like a mountain to climb!

Do something nice for yourself! Maybe go off and see a movie alone!

I feel like that too . It is this time of year. Here we have gray snow and then we get 2 inches more , then ice when it melts. We feel a bit trapped for a few weeks and that makes us crazy. Everyone is grouchy and testy and I am a wreck. I take little drives when I feel like that because it is the only privacy I can find. Just sit and watch a squirrel or a bird for a while and detox. Buy a magazine and read it in the park. A great cup of coffee works somewhat too. Find some quiet time and stay away from any negative people. Spring is here today and the sun will come out soon. Hope you can find a peaceful place. Hugs to you!!

(((hugs))) I think we have all been there and I believe showing our emotions and dealing with them instead of trying to ignore them, makes us stronger. :)

:grouphug: I"m sorry you are sad. I know that every now and then I have to have a good cry to just get some emotions out. Sometimes I'm not even sure what I am crying about. I hope the :sunny: comes out for you soon and you are able to put behind you what made you cry.

luv2nascar, I hope you are feeling better, sometimes we all need a good old fashion cry to just get it out. I think of it as a heavy rain, once it's over the sky looks so clean and crisp, and I like to think that we are that way too, sometimes we just need a good cry to clear the air. Hope you are feeling better and do something for yourself this weekend!

Hope youre feeling better today

This has been a tough week - we thought spring was on the way but had snow almost every day this wk. Suppose to be a little warmer today so hopefully I can get outside and walk.

Do something for yourself this wknd

{{{HUGS}}} sweetie. I've had times like that, too. I'm a cryer by nature anyway. Whether I'm happy, sad or mad my reaction is to cry.

Hope you're feeling a little better today.
