Good Offsite place for Thanksgiving?

I have an onsite restuarant booked but it will be very expensive for six of us with nothing special (such as characters). Is there anywhere close to Windsor Hills to get a traditional Thanksgiving Lunch/Dinner?

We have Ryan's here and wondered if there might be one in the area of Windsor Hills.

Any and all suggestions will be appreciated.

Most places due some sort of a holiday menu...To be honest, if I am offsite, I like to go to Golden Corral...even though it is busy, the food is excellent, and you can pig out on your favorites...

I have only been to Golden Corral once and it was the one near Old Town. I know that I have seen two others. One near the Vistana, Lake Buena Vista and another one further down 192 towards Kissimmee proper. Which one do the locals tend to visit. I noticed that the one further down 192 did not seem as busy.

Cracker barrel, Shoney's Colden Corral, and any hotel that has resturant would a hoilday menu.

I think Cracker Barrel has a very good Thanksgiving meal.

Not sure if this would work for you, but you can order the complete turkey dinner at Publix as a take out, but probably would have to place your order ahead of time. But if you are visiting the parks that day, may not work well for you, especially if going back to parks after dinner.

The best would be both the Gaylord Palms and the Peabody Hotel. They both have a great buffets.

As a local, I prefer the one on 192 across from Celebration(near Old Town). There is another on 192, near Sherberth Rd..that one can be busy. I AVOID the one near Vistana..its kinda dirty, and very busy

I know there is one on 535...thats the one near Vistana and DD...There is also one near Universal on Kirkman, and there is also one on the corner of I-Drive and Sand Lake.

I think Cracker barrel would be good.
