Queues outside the AP office were stretching right back to Discoveryland all weekend for this, so I'm guessing it's a good deal. Your 1 day ticket plus 29 euros = 1 Francilien pass.
Didn't notice the dates on the offer, but the signs for it were everywhere.

What is "francilien" pass?

The francilien pass is the cheapest of the annual passes but does not allow access to the park on days 2 and 3 after 1st use

They often advertise that but you can only 'cash in' your ticket if it was not bought as part of a package

Do they get much of a saving on this offer?

I thought 29 + your ticket was the standard cost of a francillien anyway (at least when you're ticket is bought at the gate, using Euros anyway).

I could be wrong though - I don't have the gate prices to hand to check.

No idea if it's a good deal or not, just amazed at the queues at the AP OFFICE and assumed it was this causing it.

Yes I think its about the same

I wonder if there were a lot of people trying to take advantage of the under 7s free before it finishes

It was the same early last week when I was there Jill, I was amazed and asked the CM how long roughly they were waiting and was told it was up to three hours, at 4pm they stopped letting people into the queue.

It works out at the same price but once you have bought a day ticket it obviously swings people towards buying the AP.

The queues everywhere over the weekend were huge. We've never been over a weekend before and after seeing the crowds we are NEVER going over a weekend again, ever.

We went back into the park for dinner at the Plaza Gardens after going back to HNY for a swim. Finished dinner at 8pm and thought we would do some rides. 100 minute queues for BTM, Buzz and Space. The shortest line was for Indianna Jones, (30 minutes) and I wasn't doing that after a buffet dinner! The park looked very pretty in the dark but just too many people.

I went expecting crowds, but got far more than I bargained for. Saturday was a complete waste of time, did EMH, which consisted of Buzz 3 times and SM2 for me and Rob while the boys went around again on Buzz. Then as planned we hopped over to WDS, where it would be quieter ! :lmao:
Waited over an hour for Crush, almost an hour for Flying Carpets, ToT fastpass for 5.30pm, turned away from Cinemagique after queuing it was full and so on - Saturday was not a good day and the park was almost as busy in the evening
Sunday evening was terrific for us though, we got loads of rides done. :)

I arrived at the Studios at 9.45am, went straight to ToT. The sign said 5 minute wait so I got in the queue. By the time I got to the entrance of ToT the sign said 60 minutes so I got a fastpass for 11.30. We then went to Animagique and then Cinemagique. I then did my fastpass for Tot. I went at 11.30am and was out at 12.10pm. 35 minutes was queueing.

We then had lunch on a bench as Studio 1 was jammed and then did Stitch live and went back to the hotel.
