Yes they do. It is when the park closes after EMH.
It is presented 3 times, once at park closing (closing for EMH in this case), half an hour after park closing and 1 hour after park closing time. Sometimes it is pushed back a half an hour (so it would be a half an hour after closing, 1 hour after and one and a half hours after). So your best bet to make sure you see it is to plan on being near the castle a half hour after the park closing time (it will either be the first time or the second, but you are guaranteed to see it if you plan that way)
They change the lighting on the castle to all sorts of different colors and thank you for visiting the Magic Kingdom. I saw a video that someone here on the boards posted a while back.
Basically it is a Good night presentation that is done at the castle. It is nothing really fancy, but a lot of people like to hang around and see it as like a little "family tradition" before they leave the park. It is done at (or should I say on) the castle at MK. The lighting on the castle goes through an array of color changes and there is a little speil thank you for coming to the park and wishing you a good night. I always say, if you are there and you can catch it, it is pretty neat to see (heartwarming) but don't make a special trip for it as there is not a lot of fanfare. Also as I mentioned you could use it as a tradition if you come to the parks alot (or as way of saying I'll be back). We always throw change in the Wishing well at Disneyland before we leave the park to go home. I think the kiss goodnight is a good way to "leave the park" on your last day before you head home.
I have never seen this, I will make sure we stick around to see it. I was always afraid of not being able to find a bus to get back to our resort. I read on another thread that the buses run 2 hours after the park closes.

Buses actually continue running from the parks until the Duty manager and security call the park all clear of guests. So no worries, you won't be stranded
Oh this sounds cute! Thanks everyone - i'll definitly make it a point to see this next time I'm there. I thought Mickey standing outside the gates by the train station waving goodbye to everyone was the only "goodbye" thing MK did. Thanks again!
