Normally we stay on Disney property, but this time we'll be staying at the Anaheim Hilton (at the Convention Center). I have a couple of questions about staying at a Good Neighbor Hotel.

First, the Hilton apparently has a 'Disney Desk' in the lobby. If I buy e-tickets, will I be able to exchange them at this desk for park passes, or do I have to do that at the Main Guest Services at the parks?

Second, how good is the shuttle service? (ART?) What time does it start running? If we want to use our MM, will the shuttle run early enough to get us there to be toward the front of the line? Normally I like to arrive at the gate an hour before MM begins. Do the shuttles run frequently? Is there a problem getting one coming back (i.e. lines or some such)? Is it crowded in the mornings?

TIA!

e-tickets from Disney's site can be exchanged at the GATE. Not guest services or the ticket booth. The Disney desk will be a place to get info, buy park tickets, maybe maps....

ART will start an hour before park opening or an hour before MM. The time your arrive at the park will be depending on how many stops before or after your hotel. Going in the morning you'll want to get to the stop EARLY so you can get the first bus, otherwise it could be 15+ minutes before another arrives. How often will depend on the time of day, and the route. I think they have more buses running at park opening and closing. The only time we've had an issue of not fitting on a bus is early in the morning or right after fireworks.
