How are you planning your day today? Fitting in your exercising? Will you be tested at any of your meals today?

As long as I dont eat any of that cake/icecream I should be fine for today. Hopefully DH & DS will finish it before I do!
Taking DS to Roger Williams Zoo. When we return Im planning on socializing on my circle w/a friend and walking my 30times around.
 
Good morning-

I just have a busy day of cleaning and catching up on laundry. The only tempting meal for the weekend will be the Olive Garden for lunch tomorrow to celebrate my Mom's birthday. I will just adjust at breakfast and dinner.

I have already gotten in my 30 min. treadmilling and I'm getting ready to do my crunches for the morning and my Pilates routine.

I hope you have a fun trip to the Zoo and then enjoy your walk.

We're going to dinner where they have a fantastic salad bar. (Great for Atkins!) Then walking afterwards! Sure hope I can be good!:) :D :)

Barb, you are just so motivated and determined. What a great idea, combining your walking with socializing :) See what a good example you are for me?

I am packing and getting ready to leave town. I leave Monday AM.

I'm fortunate that my nutritional program doesn't require much planning, I don't have much of an appetite so I just grab some protein and fat every few hours. Works nicely for me :)

I hope everyone has a great weekend.
 

Kath is leaving us on Monday, what will we ever do?? :(

I am not feeling all that great this morning, so just taking it easy and DIS'ing...DH is doing a wedding today, so just me and the kids...I am not hungry at all, since I have that slight tummy ache, but should be okay this afternoon....I am going to take a long walk with the double stroller and make myself feel better today!

I'm doing a little cleaning, rearranging some funriture, just odds and ends.
Trying to stay warm :mad: It's so cold and miserable here. I finally had to break down and turn the heat on!! I never do that in May :mad:

Don't know what's on the menu for most of the day, but Caesar chicken for dinner.

Tomorrow is our lunch out...my turn to pick.....any ideas??
 
Well...as much as I would like to think I will be strong today and eat good, I know I will give into temptation, but hopefully not too much!;) My SIL is graduating with her master's today and is having a junk fest... I mean party... at her house. I going to try to eat a really late lunch/early dinner and fill up before I head over so I won't over indulge too much. Wish me luck!

Luck to all! I did my Curves workout this morning, and I plan to WATP today, tomorrow and Monday (holiday here in Canada). I'm trying to get my water in, do my planning, and enjoy my kids! Have a great weekend!
 
I'm home with my girls today so i'm gonna be having a nice salad and a chocolate yogurt cone later today! I drink lots of extra water today since weight in for me is in the morning. I will do my firm ab tape and maybe a watp's tape while the kids nap and do my chores then too! Happy saturday everyone make it count.
 
I have to be there at 5:00am.;) But, got on the scale and it said I had LOST 8 POUNDS!!!:bounce: In 2 weeks no less, so I am Psyched!!!;)
 
Was very lazy this morning but my dh and I got off the couch at noon and took a 2 mile walk, 16 min/mile, in training for 1/05!

Tonite, we are going out to dinner and a play, thankfully Atkins is good for going out.

Tomorrow, I have to be at work at 9 am, but at least I will get my Disney fix, since its at my Disney store.:D
 
Hiya,

That is my first week in. I've lost 5 pounds, yippee!! I joined a gym the other day so tomorrow is my first visit to it. Going to have a guiet day, looking forward to tomorrow.
