the sun is shining, the birds are singing and I'm about to go out for coffee and shopping with DD who is home from uni for the weekend .

Got the morning to myself as DH is out getting his hair cut, then I'm working from 1pm.

Im waiting for the sun to come out so I can get into the garden to potter round and do some tidying up - I moved house in January and not had chance to get out there yet.
Im hoping its sunny this afternoon as no sign of it so far

Today I will mainly be avoiding revising for my exam next Sunday.

Had a bit of a lazy morning having porridge and a cuppa with my mum (normal Saturday if we're not out at a horse show!), washed and hung out my bedding (love freshly washed sheets) and now waiting for it to warm up enough to bath my horse! Please make it warm mr sunshine!

Had a bit of a lie in, then ironing and out for lunch. There is a new Byron opened up here in Milton Keynes and daughter was itching to go. We had a bit of a wait for food, especially the sides, but it was all fine, not in any hurry. We had drinks, coffees and Joy and Allan had dessert (being good here!) and the manager came up at the end and apologised for the long waits (seriously, not a problem), and comped us the whole meal, drinks included! That was such a lovely thing to do and made our weekend.

Came home and did lots of gardening and then daughter has gone to see Wicked again (twice today) and husband and I are off to the cinema.

A good day, all round.

I had a lovely lie this morning, got the house work done then picked DD up from dancing. I'm off out with my mum and a couple of friends for a curry tonight at a lovely new Indian restaurant just round the corner from my mum and dad's house xx

I had my first driving lesson today, and then took one of our budgies to the vet, as she's not very well.

Hoping she will perk up soon.

Ahh hope ur first lesson went ok. Quite a daunting experience in this day and age. Hope ur little budgie is ok. Poor soul.
We have just got in from a one direction shopping trip lol!!! I keep thinking there is nothing she hasnt got then they bring out more new things !!!

I'm a bit late but yesterday Mike and I took Freya swimming in the morning and in the afternoon we went to ours friends house for their daughters 1st birthday, a lot of birthday cake was eaten.

late to the party! Yesterday we had breakfast out (a real novelty as it's usually only done on holiday so it reminded us of Florida) and then we went to see Frozen at the cinema for £1!

Today was another lovely day and we just pottered about at home doing our own thing. DD seems to have caught a cold from somewhere so she was a bit out of sorts and DS took himself off to bed for an hour this afternoon. I made a birthday card and DH did a bit of DIY/fixing up around the house.

As always, I'm extremely late ..... on Saturday DH and I went to Crufts and had a lovely time there, on Sunday we went to see our friends in their new house.
