Good Morning Fantasyland Breakfast

starting to think I may have been better off with a different hotel.
The Cheyenne is a fabulous hotel despite it's lack of pool.
We've stayed at a hotel with a pool, 3 times now, one time for 6 days and we still didn't find time for the pool :confused3
On the rare occasions we have returned to the hotel in the day, we've crashed out and the one time we particularly left the park early to go swimming I popped into the hotel shop on the way back and when I got to the room everyone else was asleep. ;)

I called up today and got my HB plus sorted.

I also asked about GMFB and you can no longer book it in advance, it has to be done at your hotel reception, the guy on the phone said it is becasue it's only available certain days.

Hm you'd think they'd still let you book it on those certain days though eh? I'm not too fussed as I was just going to book it at check in anyway. I've decided I've done FAAAAAAR too much planning for this trip now and whatever I haven't organised I'm just going to go with the flow :rotfl:

I'd even started planning packing and getting the house organised before we leave and obviously things haven't gone according to plan so I was getting all stressed about it and figured it's not worth it. If I can't get the GMFB we'll just have to have an early brekkie in the hotel.

Haha, I’m a plan-a-holic, this trip has confirmed that to me!
Although now I’ve booked my restaurants and my half board, I can’t think of anything else to plan…..I feel so empty.
I don’t go for 5 weeks, so I can’t pack yet…….

Does it not worry you that things might not go according to plan?

You can always plan what you're going to pack and when to change money, inform schools etc. I even planned in a haircut, when to start fake tanning :rotfl: and goodness knows what else. I feel like I've been planning for weeks, well I have actually been planning for weeks :lmao: but that's mainly coz I'm worried I'm going to forget something important for the baby.

Everytime I've been abroad something (major) has gone wrong, so I'm a nervous wreck, but I don't know what's worse overplanning (as something is bound to not go according to plan) or not planning enough (as I'm bound to miss something important)

I think I'm thinking about this waaaay too much now, going to shut up before you think I've completely lost the plot :rolleyes1

Only 3 more sleeps  :hyper: :cool1:

Hee, well obviously I'm not planning day itinaries. as I can;t account for queue lengths etc.

But I like to know that I'll get food OK, and my accomodation will make me happy and that I can fit everything in etc.

I stress a lot more if I don't plan, and more often than not once I get away the plan goes out the window as I get too excited...lol.

I do know exactly what I want to do on my arrival at the park though.

Straight to Magic Kingdom. Go see the castle and dragon, then onto small world - via the waffle stand as my bf looooves waffles and he wanted that bit of input!

Then after that I'll be doing whatever is easiest, most logical or what I most want to do (but around parade and show times obv.)
