Good Morning:

Awake at 4, treadmill by 4:30, showered by 5:40 and now here at work at 7:49 ready to start the day.

Feel good, had my hair done last night so the color is as it should be not those pesky grays.

Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhh, and it's Hump day to boot.
