Good Mexican Food

Anyone know of any great Mexican Restaurants in the area? Years ago we enjoyed Dos Hermanos in the Swan or Dolphin but that was the ole days....

any suggestions would be great!!!

Because this question appears to be looking for options off Disney property (there are very few Mexican restaurants actually on property), moving it to Orlando Attractions.

In Epcot I really like La Hacienda.

Will you have transportation? If so, go offsite. You will find some great Mexican Restaurants. They are not in the tourist area but so worth the trip out. Maybe about 15-20 min from the attractions. One is AZTECA's which is on Orange Blossom Trail. It's in a strip mall and there is a movie theatre there that you can catch a movie afterwards for about $5.50 a person and it's first run movies!

The other option is by Universal on Kirkman and Conroy and it's called Agave Azul. From the outside you would not think it's all that but the interior is amazing and very contemporary.

We really enjoyed Cantina Laredo, just off Sand Lake in the Dr. Phillips area.

It is a chain of "sophisticated authentic Mexican" restaurants (their description - I agree). Food was very good, reasonable prices, nice classy atmosphere. Mains are $12-25. Try the guacamole hand made fresh at your table - yum!

We do not have one near by any more. I love it!

One of the reasons we're staying offsite is so we can visit Cantina Laredo. The best Mexican I've ever had.

As chains go, Chevy's (in Crossroads) is one of the best. Everything fresh, decent prices.

The BEST I've had in the area is just down 535, by the Steak & Shake. I can never remember the name tho. Family-owned, starts with a "G," worth the 5-minute drive.

I agree. My friends love this chain and I usually go with them, but I don't love the food and think we could find a better meal for less.
