GOOD LUCK GCSE and A-level Examees! (and Parents of!)

Well done Becky, Charlotte and Vicki

Matt - Well done and I'm glad you got in to the course you wanted  Don't worry about learning about everything before you go no one else will have a clue either!

and as for the washing - befriend a group of girls (caring vocations such as teaching, nursing etc.) and get them to do your washing! Yep we found ourselves washing football kits etc. can't even remember why now but there you go.:laundy:

my sister got 3 Bs(high almost As) and 1 D in her AS levels, really proud of her, she wants to go to Manchester next year so needs good grades. she is dropping the subject she got a D in for next year to concentrate on the other 3 to try to bring them up to As.

Well done everyone, brilliant results!!

I hope my students did well, I won't find out till I get home tho.

I took Psychology and Religious Studies AS levels with ICS. My Religious Studies mock grades were 3As, and I ended up with a C,D and U. I'm so disappointed. I'm paying to have them remarked which is costing £150, which does get refunded if the grades change. Although I doubt even with divine intervention a U could be remarked to an A.

Fingers crossed that your grades go up. But if not I am sure that you can resit. The same happened to me, more years ago than I care to mention. I now have a degree and a masters, so not getting the grades the first time is not the end of the line believe me, just keep trying and you will get what you want.

It's Thursday around here.
My son is all :rolleyes1
While I am all:scared1:

Well done everyone on your results, fantastic! :goodvibes

I went to work today to see my students results and on the courses I taught there is a 100% pass rate so Im very happy about that!

Taryn has done well in her results:

Art - A
R.E. - A
Drama - B
English - B
English Literature - B
Geography - B
I.T. - B
Science - double award C
Maths - C
Music - C

She is really pleased - especially with the A in Art, her favourite subject. She was also predicted D in Maths and D in Science, so she is pleased with both results as she really hates the subjects. She also didn't finish most of her exam papers (very slow writer) and missed out a 20 mark question in English literature as she didn't read the paper correctly!

Well done everyone who has had good results today!
