I'm planning a trip for my mother-in-law, my hubby and me. She's an active 83 who hasn't been to WDW. I wanted to get her a guidebook to read before the trip so she could get an idea of what parks/attractions she would be interested in. I have the unofficial guide but I think that would be way TMI for her.

Any suggestions for a good guidebook for her? Thanks!

I am a senior and I wouldn't go to WDW without my WDW passporter. It is available at www.passporter.com or local bookstores or Amazon. It has pockets to keep receipts ,ect in and also list your memories. It 's maps are great and it has info on all rides and attractions with warnings, who it appeals to,how long ect. It also list food places with info.I actually have a looseleaf one that I get new pages for the year we are going so we are up to date. Check it out . :surfweb:

I agree with Pooh4me. I gave my 84 yr old aunt the passporter before our trip to WDW and she loved it, she keep notes on each day and reviewed each map before the day we went to that park. Its a great investment!
