Good grade cards/free rewards from businesses

Just got back from the Limited Too. They are giving free $5 gift certificates to kids who bring in good report cards. Does anyone else know of other businessses giving out free rewards to kids who bring in report cards with good grades?

I think I remember hearing about Chuck E Cheese having some sort of good grades reward program.

How cool. I wonder how good the grades need to be to get the certificate?

I think Blockbuster used to give a free or discounted rental for good grades. Don't know if they still do so.
