Good experience with Thrifty

For anyone worried about renting from Thrifty at MCO, we wanted to post. We had a very good experience with the them. Rented a compact for one month. The car had a little over 3,000 miles. The only downside was a gps system which we didn't want or use, but had to turn it off whenever we started the car. Our cost was exactly as stated, no charge for gps, we filled up on 417 when we left WDW and had no problem with a gas receipt. They said as long as the gauge was on full they were happy. So, all in all, great experience.

And, used our Sunpass with no problems.

I am relieved to read this! Thanks for posting. I just received Thrifty through a Hotwire purchase (13 days MCO) and was worried about using them (not that I have a choice now)! Any other experiences with Thrifty (only interested in MCO and RECENTLY)? We usually use Alamo or Hertz...but prices just haven't been coming down for our spring break trip. My total was $382 for 13 days. I used to pay that for a minivan back in the day. This is for a full size.
