We had the same chef as you at Teppan Edo in 2008 and I got nearly the same "action shot" you got!

That is so funny! I was a little disappointed at first because I thought the old guy might be dull, but he was great!

I had the chicken flatbread, so I'm not entirely sure. I just remember looking at it and saying "I hope you like olives!"
