Good Diagon Alley Souvenir?

I want to get a souvenir for a good friend when we are at the Orlando parks. My friend is a big HP fan, but lives close to Los Angeles, so he has already been to the WWoHP at USH a few times. I was wondering if anyone had any souvenir recommendations for things that are only at Diagon Alley/Orlando and not at Hogsmeade/Hollywood?

Not cheap but the item I would love to have from Borgin and Burkes is Lucios Malfoy's wand (with cane and not sold in the wand shops) for $100. But there were a lot of smaller items that were replicas of items from the movies.

A lot of neat things in the Weasley twin's shop too.

And I think you can exchange muggle money for wizard money in Gringott's Exchange. Not sure if that is only on Diagon Alley.

I absolutely agree that something from KnockTurn Alley would be cool. The shop was perfectly "dark magic" related and unique. You have to go there to decide. I really liked the "haunted theme" of the place. There are things for every budget.

There are T-shirts at Borgin and Burkes that I did not see anywhere else in the parks. They also had hats, glass skulls, coffee cups, replica jewelry, Dearh Eater masks. It all depends on how much you want to spend.

They have great souvenirs last trip I got Harrys wand and a butterbeer souvenir cup . This year I would like to get a Griffindore robe and Dumbledores wand

Make sure to stand inside the alley for a minute to let your eyes adjust! I'm so night blind I run into things haha!

Likely both parks have the same merchandise.

USO has an online store, likely California location does too, why not google & compare for a good starting point?

I have a t-shirt that I got in the Fall that's black and says Wizarding World of Harry Potter / Universal Orlando - Diagon Alley. There are two versions of it - one is a "matte" type of screen print and the other is "fancier" with a shiny finish on the writing. They had them in most of the DA shops, and I also saw it in one of the stores at the front of IOA.

Can I change any amount or is there a predetermined / minimum amount?

We didn't do it so I am not sure of the details . We just walked through to see the goblin. And they say he will answer questions. He was just talking randomly when we went through.

We were there Memorial Day or the day before and it wasn't crowded in there around 10 or so. In fact except when it started raining suddenly, I never saw many people in there.
