Good day, bad day!

Ugh, good day bad day.

Bad day: Sam woke us up at 4:30! Then I backed out of the garage and into my DMIL's car! Then my sub left a very bad report about one of my freshmen classes. Very bad. I have to make 9 phonecalls home. I'm coming down with a cold. Lots of other little things that went wrong like a yucky lunch and me being forgetful.

Good day: Sam is doing lots better! He's still breathing hard and coughing but playing and laughing. He will be at the baby sitter tomorrow. It's my birthday! And DH has a lot of presents for me. I didn't get stopped by that cop even though I was speeding. Starbucks made me an excellent mocha. My DMIL forgave me for hitting her car. My mom had a good checkup at the Dr.

Amazing how we make the little things more important than the big things.
