There aren't enough words to express how much I LOVE my Keurig. If it ever broke I would be out the door in a second to buy another. I don't use K-cups, I use my own coffee with the attachment that you buy separate. K-cups are very convenient but I just love my own coffee. It only takes seconds to have a steaming cup of delicious HOT coffee.
Either way you can't go wrong with a Keurig
