Good chicken dishes at Disney? smothered in cheese?

Hello...have booked good steakhouses...now thinking we would also like a really good chicken dish...already doing 50's for fried chicken, but we really like traditional chicken dishes served at local Italian restaurants...usually a boneless chicken breast smothered in cheese sauce...maybe provolone? Are there any dishes at Disney like this? Thanks so much!

Don't know anyplace that has the dish you are looking for but we really like the chicken dishes at Big River (we ask for the sauce on the side) and Coral Reef (sub mashed for the spaetzel) For what you described maybe Tutto or Il Mulino?
