Good bye from my plans, le cellier

Where is the announcement that it will be 2 TS credits at lunch? I must have missed it.
There hasn't been one, it's speculation based on the 2013 DDP brochure which lists Le Cellier under the Signature section for both Lunch and Dinner. For the 2012 one, it listed LC only for dinner in that section, and Lunch above.

Keep in mind, until an announcement is made that we're still speculating and ... um...rumoring(?) so take it with a grain or two of salt. Logically, to me, it makes sense as it allows the kitchen to be streamlined a bit (same ingredients and such for both meals, allowing prep ahead of time) and allows them to be a real signature meal with fewer tables and such. Alternatively, it'll allow them to charge more than they do for the same stuff, depending on which way it turns.

I know this is a different example. we have LC for the CP show in DEC. it's only lunch but still taking up 2 of our dining credits. is it not worth it? are all shows 2 credits for the candlelight processional? wondering if we should change it up.

All Candlelight processional packages are 2 credits. this is regardless of which restaurant you choose, and whether the meal is lunch or dinner. You will be ordering from the lunch menu.

There's no confirmation in the form of an announcement that the brochure is correct. Remember that they had major announcements before dinner went signature, and just a couple months ago there was a brouhaha when the reissued March 2012 brochure said an appetizer was included with the regular plan and they had to reissue the brochure again. If what they're planning to do is have one menu, all the time (lots of restaurants run by Disney are going to this) then it does make sense.

I like LC (maybe because I don't order steak) and it won't bother me to see it go signature for lunch since I don't use the dining plan.

so it's a lunch menu no matter when/where you book/attend for the Candlelight processional packages?

It is at Le Cellier, because Le Cellier only offers lunch packages. Some other restaurants offer dinner packages; they will order from the dinner menu. If you're paying OOP dinner packages cost more than lunch packages. With DDP all the packages cost the same.
