What's the best bang for your buck charger to keep the iPhone running especially on long days in the park.

I have a New Trent iCarrier 12000mAh Portable Dual USB Port External Battery Charger/Power Pack that I purchased last year and have been very happy with. My son and I both have iPhones that we use constantly throughout the day when we're at the parks. It's been great to be able to recharge our batteries without searching for an outlet and then being tied down while the phones charged. We've been able to charge multiple times throughout the day without the charger running out of juice. I recently pulled it out of the drawer after sitting for two months and it still held a charge. Best investment I made.

I have an Anker and its fantastic. It charges the phone quickly even when I am using the phone at the time.

They have chargers listed many days on the lifehacker deals page. It comes out once a day, every afternoon. If you watch that you will likely see one listed pretty quickly.

I use a Jackery that I ordered from Amazon. It is awesome! We had 2 iPhones and a Galaxy S3 on our last Disney trip and used this to keep them charged. I love this particular model because you can charge 2 phones at the same time. It will fully recharge a phone 5 times before needing to charge the unit itself.

I must have gotten a lemon, my Anker bit the dust quickly. I have a Gorilla Gadgets charger now that is awesome 16000+ maH (they make smaller ones) and there is display on it e.g. 85% to show it has 85% charge left. It took 15% to fully charge my iPhone 5s.

I was looking at the Jackery on amazon and wondering how the battery charger gets charged. Do you just plug it into the wall? I can't see how it charges on the pictures. I like that it charges 2 phones at once. We will have 6 iPhones on our trip in June, so 2 charging at once would be great.

You can charge it by usb on a laptop/computer or regular outlet plug. It comes with the cords needed.

Just got it yesterday, so I'm not sure how good it is yet, but I bought an iWalk Link 2500i Rechargable 2500mAh Docking Battery. I bought mine on ebay directly from iWalk for less than they had it for on their website. This is what it looks like.

I had a similar style battery for my iPhone 3G and loved the portability of it and that I didn't have to change out my case. I also like that it doesn't require a cord.

I got the Giant 10,000 something. In Silver. $39.95. Figured it will be worth it for DH and I.
