Good and easy Salsa

I would like to make nachos for a snack and I am looking for a good and easy salsa to make with it.

Does anyone know of any that they may have tried? Or, has anyone made a layered nacho snack with the salsa in it?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

For salsa, we use Mexican stewed tomatoes (2 cans), garlic, cilantro, and onion. It's all just to taste.... but blend to the consistency you like and serve with chips.

As for a layered dip... just start with refried beans, spread them on a large plate or platter, depending on how much you want. We mix one packet of taco mix with a pint of sour cream. Spread on top of the beans. Now get creative.... toppings we have used include cheddar cheese, salsa, jalapenos, lettuce, tomatoes, garlic butter, onions.... whatever you like on your tacos.

Again, serve with chips.
