Just made a ressie for a 2 Bdrm villa at OKW. Have never stayed there and would like any suggestions on where to request a room. Being near a pool would be nice and possibly not too far from the main area. Thanks for the help!!

We loved our 2 bedroom in Building 16, very close to bus stop, and just a nice stroll from the pool and HH.

Just make those request and you should be fine.

I am hoping when I check in, I can get bldg 56 for my 2 bedroom. The 1st time we stayed at OKW, this is the bldg we got, even though I was hoping to get closer to the Hosp. House. It turned out to be TERRIFIC! We were steps away from South Point bus stop, and the pool was so close to our unit, it was in our backyard! With a playground, and the laundry. (I know I won't need laundry with a 2 bdrm, but at the time we only had a studio. LOL)

The studio we were in was a lcok off...so I am hoping that will be available for our 2 bdrm.

From all past experience I am not sure there is a bad location there. have a wonderful stay, I prefer to be far away from the HH and haved always been well pleased with the 2br "out far".

We stayed in building 62 with a 2 bedroom. Loved it, view of the lake and golf course, by they gate, by the hospitality house and pool. Any in that area (11-16, 62-64) would be good, but our favorite are 62 and 16.

I've had a 2 bedroom in building's 11 and 35. Both were very nice. 11 was close to the hospitality house. 35 had a nice view of a lake and was right by he bus stop.

I can tell you a horrible 2br location at OKW - any 2br under a Grand Villa. We heard feet pounding and chairs scraping all week long - those hardwood floors make the worst echo. And when most of the guests are spring breakers - multiply!!!! I'm all for kids - but the toddler kept running back and forth and back and forth etc etc etc and we heard every step. We never had such noise in any room anywhere at any DVC resort.

From now on - NOT under a GV will be my first request if I ever stay at an OKW 2br again!

Our last trip was in Building 46. It overlooked the waterway to DTD and it was so peaceful and nice. The bus stop was relatively close (but not right outside the door) but it was a bit of a walk to the front desk. I'd highly recommend this unit!
