Gone wireless?

I'm not a DVCer however I amstaying at VWL in a couple of weeks. Does anyone know if it has wireless capabilities? Thanks!

VWL has braodband access in all rooms- cost is $9.95 per 24 hour period. No wireless access in the rooms or in the building itself. I'm not sure, but theremight be wireless access in the WL lobby (there is wireless access in some public areas in a few resorts.

Take your own network cable or call housekeeping to have one brought to you.

I hate to say this, but I think you've missed the point here---forget wireless, leave your laptop home and go HAVE FUN! That's the whole point of being absorbed in to another world----good luck and I hope you TRULY enjoy your trip!

Verizon has broadband service in Orlando, very nice.

Watched the sun set on the back porch at OKW a few weeks ago to our favorite tunes, streamed in live. (I was not working!)

See the attached link - wireless is only available in a handful of resorts at the moment.......maybe call your resort to double-check for an update?

I've been using the broadband here at OKW this week as I had to do payroll and some things for our business while here. (OK, plus check into the DIS too) Today the 'puter has been telling me it detects a wireless signal but it is very week. We are in building 20 and can see the Hospitality House so I'm thinking maybe there is wireless over there.
