Do you know if they are selling anymore limited edition things this weekend because I don't know if I should spead all my credits on buying a few pins.
BTW, this is the second pin of the set that has been released. According to the "list of all items" the other pins of the Tomorrowland Retro Attractions set will be the Motorboats, the Flying Saucers, and the Skyway. If anything...they look quite cool!
From what I've noticed VMK is all about having either the cool rare stuff or meeting and making friends with cool and interesting people. While I like the "meeting cool and interesting people" aspect of VMK more...this PeopleMover pin will be one of the cool rare things in a just couple of weeks. Anyways, what other way in VMK can you pay tribute to the golf carts in the sky powered by tires in the track?
a very kind dis member was kind enough to give me the pin
the people here are so nice!
A special thanks to this person ( i won't say the name so he won't get swamped with people trying to give him stuff!) thanks again
So, you think I should get one of these pins for trading purposes when they're not available anymore? I do have some credits saved up for the princess dress, but maybe I should get the pin?
It's up to you, if your heart is set on the princess dress...save your credits! If you have 500 to spare, go and get the PeopleMover pin, just because it's cool! It's all about where your purchase priorities are in VMK. I'm a pin trader in real life (and I'm good enough at fireworks to get lots of credits from it) so I grabbed a bunch to give as gifts, to trade, etc. etc.
Same here!! No more credits after buying this pin (boo hoo)! I didn't see a pic of a new princess dress coming out, so I guess I'm all set for a while anyways - nothing else I'm interested in buying right now.
What would be considered a good trade for this pin?
Okay, you think the pin is expensive? Did you check out the tomorrowland posters? The monorail poster (I think it's the monorail, I'll have to double check) is 1000 credits. For a poster!!
I don't know why it's so expensive, but the VMK pricing is... uh, interesting.
Yes isn't it. Especially if it takes a while to gather credits some things are just so out of reach for alot of lowly Dial up players(hope to change that soon)
