Anyone here know what time it is too dark to golf in December?
Also any suggestions and links to good golf courses in orlando (preferably inexpensive) would be great!

Thanks

Hi, gets pretty dark after 5"15.

Good courses for a reasonable price...like 40-50 dollars"
Kings Ridge
Legends
both of these are on hwy 27 about 8 miles north of 192...not a bad drive at all from Disney...FYI Disney courses are very expensive in my opinion.

Deer Island is about an hour drive north...great course on an island with real gators and beautful views.

Look for coupons in any of the books you find at the gas stations or restaurants for 10 to 20 per cent off.

Keep em in the fairway....

Real gators? What's the rule on something like that? Or how close to the critter do I have to be to get a free drop?

I live on the tenth fairway at Legends. It's a very nice course with lots of rolling hills. They are actually more like 12 miles north of 192. Legends will be on your left, King's Ridge about 1/4 mile further on the right.

Sometimes they offer specials with greens fees as low as $30, call and inquire.

Actually Deer Island is only about ten minutes further from Legends, continue up 27, make a right on 50 headed East, it will be about 6 miles on your right. It's easy to miss! If you pass the Turnpike entrance you've missed it.

BTW--No gators to worry about at Legends. Ton's of little lizards though. :)
