Wow - there are literally dozens of courses to consider. Grand Cypress is among the very best, but Falcon's Fire, Kissimmee Oaks, the Black Bear Club, MetroWest and Timacuan are all generally reckoned to be very good courses (most of which I have seen and can vouch for).
