The answer before the shut down was yes, I guess we will just have to wait and see what occurs after reopening.

Whenever I have used this transportation, it was provided by a Mears taxi after they give you a voucher at the pro shop/concierge desk. Unless Mears isn't running taxi service, I would assume it's still available.
