golf question

I dont know if I'm in the right place, anyhoo anybody who has played at any of the courses. I dont wear slacks to play golf, but shorts when it is warm enough. When I made my reservation to play during our upcoming trip it said that Bermuda shorts were acceptable also. My question is,I wear a lot cargo shorts when I wear shorts, would these be acceptable as well as long as they are long enough and in a conservative color, say like tan or caramel

My son and husband play a lot when we are there... and my son wheres the same type of shorts you are talking about. He always weres a collered shirt though... never a t-shirt... I think you would be fine with shorts along with a nice shirt..... both my guys love playing at Disney.... actually it is the only way I can get my husband to go......

I've played some of the Disney courses and I believe that I've seen people wearing cargo shorts and collared shirts. I think the collared shirt is more important than the shorts. They just don't want ripped up jean shorts I'd imagine.

By the way, play the nine-hole Oak Trails course! It's tucked inbetween the Palm and Magnolia courses, walking only and only $20/round. It's a real nine-hole course, not a par-3. Considering the fees at the other courses, it's Disney's best kept secret.

that's where I made my reservations at, wish that I would have made it for after 10 when the rates are 20. $38 beats 150 at the other courses though. The shirt is not the problem I dont want to have to go buy a pair of shorts that I wont get much use from after this. I like the cargo shorts because I can put my scorecard, extra tees, and the little tool that fixes ball marks on the greens. Thank you for the replies, from the lack of answers I'm guessing that not that many people golf who frequent this site.
