golf course question

just wondering if the golf course between wyndham bonnett creek and the
2 new resorts that will be opening in november is open yet or will it be
opening when the other 2 resorts open? also, will this golf course be
associated with one of these resorts or a public course?

From what it sounds like on the site for the Waldorf Astoria, it looks like the course is associated with that resort only...
