Can someone share the approx price of 18 holes plus golf cart at the WDW golf courses? Are some more expensive than others? Also can it be paid with a Disney Gift Card? (Thinking possible Christmas present). We will be staying at OKW (resale DVC) in fall 2025. I know there is transpiration provided if needed. I doubt there’s any discount, but if there is, I’d love to know about it! 😃 Thanks for any info!

I was wondering the same thing. Isn't there some discount if you're a DVC member? If so, how do you find out/get the activated discount on your golf rate through the website?
Also, does the discount apply only to the DVC member playing? Or does it apply also, to a certain number of golfers with him? DH is taking DS and DGD with him. DGD is a HS golfer, and she always enjoys playing golf with Grandpa.

And as a Disney Vacation Club Member, enjoy some more incentives:
  • Save 15% on the Walt Disney World Resort Guest golf rate.
  • Junior golfers (ages 17 and under) can play at a 25% discounted rate off of the regular Disney Vacation Club Member daytime rate.
  • As a Member, you and up to 3 Guests can enjoy this special discounted per-round pricing during operating hours.
  • Where
Walt Disney World Resort in Florida
    • Magnolia Golf Course
    • Palm Golf Course
    • Lake Buena Vista Golf Course
  • When
From the first tee time each morning until twilight rates begin (between 1:00 PM and 3:00 PM, depending on the time of year)

Great info! Is this only for direct DVC purchase members or does it extend to all DVC - (meaning resale). Thanks!

all as far as I know,,,I believe the direct is only affected by buying merch in the clubshouse. that is the only time i was asked for my dvc y card,,,,but call and double check

No one's shared the actual WDW Golf link?

From there you can access the booking sites for the general public or affiliates. @Mimi151 - even though you're DVC-ND, I would still just book the DVC member price. I have never been asked to see my DVC-Y card when checking in for my tee time. The only times I have been asked for my DVC-Y card is when purchasing items from the pro shop for the discount.

Tee time pricing is dynamic and generally increases as more times are booked for that day. So I recommend booking early and often-- you can always cancel later without penalty. You can book 90 days out.

A nine hole course is available which charges $45 per player. https://www.golfwdw.com/courses/disneys-oak-trail-golf-course

Thanks for info about booking early - good to know!

For those who do not know, the Disney World golf courses are not controlled or operated by any Disney entity. Disney owns the golf courses but the operation, management, and upkeep of the courses belongs to the Arnold Palmer Golf Management Company under a 20 year agreement that Disney entered into with that company in 2011.

As noted, they do not always ask for proof of DVC membership when you arrive, and it is a little unclear whether resale members are actually not supposed to get the DVC discount, 15% off the price provided to regular Disney World guests, which itself is lower than those coming to play from off-site. If you get the discount, it applies to the member plus up to three non-members playing with the member.

The price for playing varies seasonally and usually also for time of day (late afternoon is often less).

Would you be better off adding the sports option to your AP? does that give you unlimited rounds of golf? I think that pass is $100 a year or so for the sports and water park add on.

It only allows unlimited golf on the 9-hole Oak Trail Course which is walking only.

Which-- shoutout to all the retired regulars who play nearly every day there. Pixie Dust Pass + WP&S for only $539 is arguably the best unlimited golf deal in the whole country, even if it is just 9 holes.

Does anyone know if they offer DVC-Y discount on club rentals?
Don't know the answer to this-now. But we'll find out in October as DH, DS, and DGD will be golfing and all will be renting clubs.

And it's a full regular 9-hole course too.

Also, when they are aerating Oak Trail, they will put you on Magnolia for no charge if you have the addition to the AP :) This happened to me in May!
