golf course from POR

Hello...we are staying at POR for the first time next week
My DH is thinking about playing golf but I'm not sure how easy or difficult it would be to get to a golf course on Disney property. We are flying down so we will not have a car. Do the buses go between the resorts and the golf courses or would a taxi be a better option? Any advice would be appreciated

It is very easy. Just go to guest services in the lobby and tell them your DH has a golf ressie at one of their disney golf courses.

They get him a taxi, free. All he has to do is tip the taxi driver. And on the way back from the golf course it is easy too.

We were concerned about this the first time DH golfed, but it is really very simple.

Speaking of golf, the PGA is playing at the Magnolia and Palms this weekend. It should be on TV. You get to catch glimpses of WDW too.

The Lake Buena Vista Course Clubhouse is right by the Saratoga Springs dock that you go by on your way to DTD from POR and you can see some of the tees and holes, it's that close. He shouldn't have any problems getting to it. Have a great trip.
