Golf carts at VWL?

I thought I read where someone suggested you could rent golf carts at VWL and drive them to FW to see all of the Christmas lights. Is this possible?

My family and I are going to VWL for the first time this Dec. and would love to do this.

Anyone done this activity?

I've stayed at the WL a few times, and I have never seen a place to rent golf carts. You can rent boats, bikes and surreys.

I suppose you could rent a golf cart from FW. The bike path from WL to FW is really nice. With nice weather, you could easily do a bike tour of FW.

No golf cart rental at VWL. It's actually an easy walk down to FW or you could take a boat. I am pretty sure the bike rentals are closed at dusk so that wouldn't be good for light viewing. But definitely go some people do amazing displays.

You may NOT bring a golf cart to VWL/WL. There is a sign at the FW end of the pathway saying no carts and the rental agreements at FW says the same thing. I'm not saying it hasn't been done, but it IS against the rules.
