I contacted him on Monday through email asking to add a day to the rental. He contacted me on Tuesday saying okay & that he wouldn't charge me. I emailed him back to confirm the actual dates, but he never responded. Then I saw this post so I emailed him twice more & left two voicemails. I really think it's a lost cause. You can't tell me he didn't know on Monday when we contacted him that he was going out of business!!



Then to take your $ when he had to of know. He probably thought sucker!!
So I just disputed the charge with my visa, but being that I booked in August I don't know if it will work.
I will not use an outside vendor ever again. I will just try to get a cart from Disney for a few days during our trip for when we go to MK. We can manage without it for most of our stay.
