golf cart rental-included?

does anyone know if golf cart rental is included in the new myw premium package? i know it is if you are actually at a golf course, but what about at fw?

Oh well, it was worth asking. But I think my dad and step-mom will pay for a cart anyway, since dh and i are paying for the site. Step-mom already offered, I was just going to try to save them some money, since they are going to be doing lots of babysitting for ds...
